This is Atomsk, or Canti, or T.V kun as my friend :iconferrygirlboton: likes to call him with Takkun. They are from Fooly Cooly (FLCL for short, or to fans) and T.V kun is my favorite character therein. Done in pen and ink. Enjoy!
